NO EXCHANGES - Due to the nature of a medical mask, all Medical Mask Superstore purchases are final sale and CANNOT be exchanged.  We CANNOT accept any returns or exchanges whatsoever due to the potential for use once it leaves our facility.

There are no exceptions to this policy as it is directly related to health concerns associated with shared use of personal protective devices

For manufacturer defective item(s), you have 2 days from the day of delivery to notify us of any defective item(s).

  1. You must provide images of the defected item(s) to verify any issues.
  2. Store credit will be issued to use on your next order.  This is due to the cost of shipping 1 or 2 items.
  3. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for refused and "Return to Sender" orders.  


You may cancel your order only if your order has not shipped as of yet.  Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed as we no longer have the package.  The Medical Mask Superstore will make every attempt to facilitate a cancellation request, however, once your order is shipped, no order cancellation is possible. 

"Refused" or "Incorrect Addresses"

All refused and / or incorrect address packages are subject to the following:

  1. Shipping charges are NOT refundable 
  2. A restocking fee of 50% shall be applied to the order.

NOTE:  If a package is returned for address deficiencies, shipping charges will have to be charged again.
